Exchange Policy
At WOG Studio, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item you have purchased. That’s why we offer a 15-day exchange policy on all products, provided that the item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
Eligibility
Only items purchased directly from WOG Studio are eligible for exchange.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items that are missing tags or labels
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect
How to Exchange an Item
To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at 0092-03274317196. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will not be refunded in case of exchange.
Return Deadline
